Terms of Service - Please read and confirm before placing your order.

By placing an order with Frames Visual you agree to the following terms:

Booking and Payment
Payment is due at the time of booking. All sales are final. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled shoot may be subject to a 75 dollar cancellation fee. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your shoot are subject to availability and may be subject to a 50 dollar rescheduling fee.

Property Preparation
It is the client's responsibility to ensure the property is shoot-ready at the time of the scheduled appointment. This includes decluttering, staging, and ensuring all interior lights are functioning. If the property is not ready upon arrival, a return visit may be subject to a 75 dollar fee.

Travel Fees
Properties located 40 or more miles from Downtown Denver may be subject to a travel fee of 0.70 dollars per mile round trip. Travel fees are not collected at booking. If your property is subject to a travel fee you will be contacted after booking with the applicable charge before your shoot is confirmed.

Deliverables and Turnaround
Photography is delivered the next business day. Video and reels are delivered within 3 business days. Delivery timeframes begin the day after your shoot. Frames Visual is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.

Revisions
One round of revisions is included with all video and reel orders. Additional revision rounds may be subject to a 75 dollar fee each. Photography edits are limited to color correction and standard HDR processing. Selective editing requests beyond standard processing are not included.

Licensing and Usage
All media delivered by Frames Visual is licensed for use by the client for real estate marketing purposes only. The client may use delivered media across MLS platforms, social media, and personal marketing materials. Frames Visual retains the right to use delivered media for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the shoot.

Virtual Staging
Virtual staging is available as an add-on after photo delivery. Staged images are delivered within 2 business days of a confirmed request. Virtual staging orders are final and non-refundable once work has begun.
